Personnel

  The team has the responsibility of coordinating and conducting evaluations of all FPC staff positions.  It also has the responsibility to review and revise as needed the Employee Handbook and make recommendations to Session for staffing and associated compensation and benefits.

 List significant or new or unusual accomplishments from this program year.

  > Recommended to Session Emily Krause Corzine as a Temporary Stated Supply Associate Pastor

 > Completed a revised and Session approved Employee Handbook (a 16 month process)

 > Established a new staff evaluation process
