2012 DOOR- Denver Mission Trip Thursday

Group 5

Today we worked a bunch on painting houses with Brother's Redevelopment.  They help out in many ways in Denver and were very kind to let us join them in their mission to paint 100 houses a summer.  Today we finished 2 houses bringing thier total to 43.  Our long day definately tood a tole and you ocould sureley say we are feeling the love.  See you all soon!

Group 7

Today we went to DeLaney Farms.  The temperatire got up to about 105°F.  we were outside from 9am to Noon.  We picked weeds , trying to dodge grasshoppers, giant souders, and onions.  They gave us an entire patch to clear.  We were determined to finish the row and ended up roking an extra 15 minutes after noon.  On our way back we stopped at Target and came out to a flat tire.
